I would like to take this time to thank one specific nurse who took great care of me. I was hospitalized with back surgery for two days. She took great care of me during her shift. When I was deciding on where to have surgery, I decided on River's Edge because of the fine doctors and the 5-star care of patients. I would say I got very good care.

Sabrina gave me 5-star care. Besides the normal rounds that nurses do Sabrina always made sure my pain was being managed. Sabrina always asked me if there was anything else she could do for me every time she came in and out of my room. I can tell in a person when they ask you what they can do that they really want to help you. Sabrina really cares about people, and it is not just her job.

In closing, I had a few small conversations with Sabrina and she took the time to listen to me. In one conversation she learned that I was a US Veteran for 6 years in the Army. She thanked me for my service. That made me a little teary-eyed. Continuing our conversation, I found out that she was a 6-year veteran as well in the US Air Force as a medic. I thanked her for her service. I would like to salute and say thank you to this special nurse.
