It has been a joy to know Shannon and be the recipient of her care. She is always polite, considerate, cheerful, and smiling. She immediately puts you at ease when the circumstance requiring treatment is somewhat delicate. Her first question is always, what can I do to make you more comfortable? Would you like a warm blanket? How about a bottle of water? Can I adjust the lighting or the elevation of the head of the bed for you? Would you like the remote control for the TV? She asks how you are sincerely and caring, with leading questions regarding how I have been doing for the past month. During the treatment, she is quick to let me know that she wants to know if I am in pain or uncomfortable at all. If I am and she can possibly resolve the issue she does so immediately and if not able to remedy the issue she is compassionate and understanding. She is very good at performing the treatment and executes the procedures professionally and as gently and painlessly as possible. As a physical therapist, I appreciate her professionalism and technique and appreciate the fact that not all the things that must be done can be painless but can be done with care.
