Lindsey shows commitment to the work she does and to the team. She works hard daily, showing she cares about outcomes. She inspires others to do the same. Lindsey knows how to build positive relationships with staff and offers guidance and support. She is an excellent communicator. Honesty is a necessary part of management and relationship building. Lindsey has always been honest and stands by her word which helps me to feel seen and heard, as well as safe in my work environment.
