The way Luba talks to my mom and takes care of her...She treats my mom as if it is her own mother. From doing an assessment on my moms mental status and to see how alert she is. Whenever she has to clean my moms eyes or mouth, she always saying "sorry"... When she sees an reaction by my mom. Shes always come to me to update me on my moms condition and what was done that day. She even wrote down for me all the medications and antibiotics and insulin and multivitamins and acid reflux and eye ointment they're giving her.
