Paula was my guardian angel when I needed one the most. No matter if I needed a warm blanket, a drink, or caring assurance, she was there for me! She took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. She is an asset to UPMC and the very best example of how a nurse should be. She was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable and treated me like I was her only patient. She was such a blessing when I was at the lowest point in my life. We thank God for the blessing that He provided us by having Paula as my nurse. She showed me and my wife such love and empathy when we needed it the most.
