The ICU Nurse Kelly was absolutely amazing with our Dad and instantly created a positive relationship with an old man who was very grouchy, and stubborn in his discomfort and pain. She was a fierce patient advocate, caring and kind to the family, and went above and beyond at every step along the way. Thank you Kelly
