There are an abundance of examples of which I can give to demonstrate how she is a rockstar in our team. Whether she is independent with her own assignments or working as a break nurse, she never hesitates to offer a helping hand, which speaks volumes, especially during the night shift when we sometimes have no resources to help us. Furthermore, I see her consistently going above and beyond for our patients - rather than being just task-oriented, she does not hesitate to do more in order to provide patients with more time to rest and be comfortable. I am always able to see how much her care matters to our patients and their families, and I feel that we should all aspire to be more like that.
