My 92 year old dad is here for hip surgery. Viktoria Yurchuk has been so nice and kind to us. She is knowledgeable and precise. She wanted to know about us and shared about herself. You realize nurses are people with children, parents, etc. They have their own worries but they show up and make each person feel better. Viktoria made my dad and I feel like we mattered. She even cared for me and I'm not the patient. I don't know where you find these angels, but thank you. I was so moved by how much she cared. She is an amazing nurse.
