I want to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent care provided by RN- Elizabeth during my wife’s hospital stay. We’ve been amazed by her willingness/ability to go above and beyond during this time to provide some peace of mind. Nursing is more than just checking vitals and giving meds. Nurses play a vital role during the 12 hours they are on duty. Elizabeth’s presence lit up the room and brought a refreshing energy. Elizabeth completed tasks that weren’t part of her duties instead of telling us, “I’ll let the NA know.” At night, Elizabeth caused the least amount of disturbance while my wife slept. The biggest things I liked were her smiling, making small talk, and showing sympathy during that time. Thank you, Elizabeth!
