Example: The laser clinic is on specific days (Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday). These are the same days that I have dialysis, and I can't come after dialysis because I am tired. Nurse Gofran facilitated by arriving early, and thus, I was able to do the laser and then go to dialysis at the specified time.  Thank you
