I saw Ms. Susamma, on a particular day of her night shift, when a patient came in the middle of the night, who had wounds that were so bad that it made even the entire unit smell bad, but she stood there with the patient and did everything for him, cleaned his wounds, so that others could go near him. She dressed his wounds and got him ready for a blood transfusion and emergency surgery. I saw her sitting on a chair after the patient was taken to surgery. She is a strong woman with all the qualities that a Nurse should have. I am so proud to be working with such an extraordinary person. Much Respect and Love to You.
