Kurt goes above and beyond for the patients at Woodridge. He is kind and empathetic towards them. Kurt leads by example and is a hard worker. He has jumped right in and is a natural-born leader, has joined many committees, and is active in all they are asked to do. He truly wants to help improve our processes; he not only wants to voice concerns but also wants to be a part of the solution. This nurse is a prime example of someone who goes above and beyond not only for the patients but also for the staff. He is a wonderful preceptor; they are knowledgeable, patient, kind, and willing to put the work in to retain team members. Kurt leads by example and is an exceptional team member that Woodridge is so blessed to have!
