I had such a good experience. Absolutely no complaints, everyone was fantastic. Hannah Howell immediately alleviated all of my worries. She was kind, funny and at all times explained everything that she was going to do and things that would happen. She felt more like a friend than a nurse. She took interest in our lives. Included my husband in the process. You could tell this is more than a job for her. Her heart is really in this. The hospital is lucky to have such an amazing nurse!
