The care staff, doctors, nurses, housekeeping, and therapists have all been so very caring, attentive, and helpful in every aspect of the care I am receiving. In a most recent situation, my mother was talking to her Nurses, Jackie and Luke, about how there is something that we are missing. Luke and Jackie went the extra mile to do some research and passed information to the doctors. This resulted in a surgical procedure that is believed by my family to be a life-saving procedure. The gratefulness in my heart for the listening ears of these two people is overflowing. My family is forever grateful to them and would like to send those expressions to both of them as well.

When expectations are met in so many ways, and people such as Jackie and Luke respond to their patients' words, they become heroes and extraordinary people who make a true difference in people's lives. Their actions go beyond the care of the patients, extending to the family and friends. Thank you for making a difference in people's lives.
