Marina spoke in an articulate, patient manner to a Russian patient who spoke no English.
I would like to call your attention and acknowledge the outstanding and professional treatment and care that I have witnessed by the staff while treating my friend's father these past eight days.
During my time while visiting, the overall team demonstrated a coordination of care that was reassuring that Mr. C was receiving excellent care and compassion. This is especially true in view of all the healthcare situations and challenges that front line "med" staff encounter daily, while still adhering to the proper communications and procedures that need to be followed precisely and executed perfectly.
I would also like to specifically recognize several individuals on the staff who exceeded our expectations. Many examples of the high-quality treatment provided include Linda referencing Mr. C's Italian roots and communicating with him while calming him with her gentle smile. Marina spoke in an articulate, patient manner to a Russian patient who spoke no English. Another employee's continual follow-up on ensuring Mr. C was comfortable and treated with a high degree of respect. In addition, I want to stress that I am presenting this recognition not as a courtesy but as a business consultant. Based on my thirty years of professional consulting background, where I have been tasked in evaluating, operations, human resources, and customer service this team has exceeded all metrics of great customer service and should be recognized accordingly. My experience is in addition to my four years' experience as a volunteer firefighter / EMT in West Seattle, WA, witnessing a variety of hospital / medical operations.
