I've been in many medical situations and stays in my life and I'm 42 yrs old, but the attention and care I received from Madelyn was ABOVE AND BEYOND! The whole time I was in her care I never wondered if I was going to have anyone show up to my needs or calls. Never ever did I feel like I was in a hospital (which always feels like you're here and this is the job I HAVE to do because it's her job. It felt like I was in my own home getting personal care and attention that I needed anytime amd anything that I needed with no questions asked ever. She would also ask if I need anything I would never think or like (would you like to take a walk, or would you like to have some ice in your drink? Do you want to brush your teeth?) I have NEVER felt so taken care of in any facility I have ever been in that made me feel like I had a family member taking care of me and at that time and place, I needed that more then ever before! She always went above and beyond even when I was a lil pissy from other service providers I had to deal with in the hospital before her! She is a true diamond in the sand that help me and my health issues I was going thru. She is a rare gem you come across in a lifetime and I needed that when I was there. A true 20 out of 10 service I received! If everybody in medical care was like that, I would never think twice to go seek medical help when I needed it! She is a national treasure that needs to be recognized!
