Steven went out of his way to care for my mother while she was in the hospital and ensured she was as comfortable as possible when it was time for her to be transported to hospice. His kindness and attentiveness were appreciated by everyone in our family.

Steven helped me bathe when I arrived, all sweaty. He is cheerful and professional. I did not feel self-conscious. We shared many stories, mostly about being a retired sonographer. We shared where we live and the attractions around the city. I felt like I had a friend visiting me. He is full of energy. I recommended outside interests to prevent burnout. Part of our profession is losing patients; even losing the elderly is hard. Every time I rang, Steven answered promptly with pleasant rewards. He is a shining example of who a nurse can be.
