Amber is an outstanding nurse and leader. When working the floor she has compassion that is expressed in all interactions with her patients and patients families. As a leader, she sees a broad number of patients in one night. She never fails to help staff get patients comfortable. She often knows individual patients' favorite movies, music, positions to lay in, and more to help aid in soothing them. Amber strives every shift to be an impactful nurse to the patient but also a great leader for those floor staff taking care of patients. She continually helps any and all nurses with patients to ensure the patients are clean, well taken care of, and presentable. She always ensures that the CC patient changes are communicated to the family in a timely manner to help keep them involved in the patient's care.
