Sunny is the most amazing, caring, and compassionate nurse who goes above and beyond for her patients. Her skills and knowledge were of great comfort to my family and me. After my surgery, I had complications and was bleeding internally. Sunny saw the signs, explained everything along the way, and acted quickly to get me the care I needed. She physically had to catch me twice when I passed out due to blood loss. I was scared. My daughter was there as well and obviously shaken by seeing her mother like this. Sunny explained everything to my daughter and comforted her while caring for me.

I was rushed to CT, and Sunny personally took me there so I would not have to wait for transport. Shortly after, I had to be taken to Interventional Radiology for coiling, and Sunny personally took me to the procedure and returned me to my room afterward as well. I know she did not have time to invest all of this into one patient. But I truly appreciate all of the care and effort she put into literally keeping me alive and comforting my family as they saw me in this state.

In the middle of the night, it was decided to bring me to the TICU. The next day, Sunny came to the TICU to check on me. That meant the world to my husband and I. So much more happened during this hospital stay, but in the end, everything was made better by Sunny.
