My daughter R was in the hospital for an in-hospital clean out, and Vicky made her experience so easy and comfortable that we cannot thank her enough. She showed R compassion with her procedure, and they bonded over the glasses they both wear. She is a true rockstar! Our son J has been in the hospital monthly since March for Landau-Kleffner syndrome, and every time we are here, Vicky always comes to say hi and ask how R is doing. Vicky was not my son's nurse, but she still made the extra effort to check on us and help us in any way possible. Her positive attitude and attentiveness make us feel like she truly cares for our family. We cannot praise her enough.
