Kaila has been a God-send since we walked through the doors. She was able to make a very hard and scary situation for my 24-year-old son and family seem less stressful. Her sincere dedication to coordinating with doctors and staff was unbelievable. We were well informed, well taken care of, and always ensured we were happy in the darkest times. Her heart and positive attitude brought a light and level of comfort we so needed at that moment, which really felt like a hopeless situation. We loved her joyfulness, compassion, and her personal approach, it was very comfortable to all of us. A special thank you to her kids for going above and beyond. Their special gifts are something we will cherish and never forget. She is definitely working in the right place. Words cannot express how grateful and blessed we are to have her on our son's team.
