Mrs. Rui Liang is an excellent leader, charge nurse, and co-worker who is admired and respected for the commitment she has to her patients, nurses, and ancillary staff. Rui leads by example and on the floor, working with all of us to facilitate excellent patient care. We need more charge nurses like her. She stands out because she takes the initiative to take action to help her fellow staff. Rui is professional, humble, and really cares about her staff and patients. She is the most knowledgeable nurse I know and is a true rarity.
