Dana has wonderful bedside manners. Dana was extremely attentive and understood the complications of my husband’s surgery and the complications from his heart that occurred during post-op. He was taking a medication that caused him to start coughing and then sent his heart to 240. She immediately jumped into action. I stepped into the waiting room, and I could hear the code blue for his room over the PA. She came to let me know that he was doing better and that she had called the emergency doctor. When he didn’t answer, she called his doctor. I was so appreciative that she did that because his doctor could immediately tell her what was happening and what to give him. I truly can’t thank her enough. She even called me to give me an update on his condition. She went above and beyond.
