Robert Lim is exceptional and effortlessly provides high-quality, compassionate care to all patients he cares for, always going above the call of duty. He goes out of his way to make sure that his patients are comfortable and content and get the best of care. He makes sure to accommodate the needs of his patients and goes as far as to extend his kindness to the patient’s family and even pets. He recently cared for a patient who is homeless and has a service dog. He took the time to walk the dog downstairs various times outside to relieve itself without question. Not many nurses in his shoes would do that. He recognized that the patient experience included caring for the service dog as well. He is easy to work with and a true team player who never says no to helping out others and is always willing to help out his coworkers without question. He deserves to be recognized for his hard work and genuine kindness.
