Inese Kudeja is an extraordinary nurse. Inese Cared Reliably as we saw our brother, D, go through a traumatic experience that got him to the ICU. Inese communicated effortlessly the processes D needed to go through with compassion and professionalism, and her experience shined through.

Inese not only took care of our brother as if he were her brother, but she also took care of our family as well. We were there to support D, and Inese effortlessly supported our family. She spoke to us truthfully and with respect. Her patience with our questions, concerns, and flood of family members and friends was admirable. She spoke up for the Safety of D’s care and showed that in her actions nursing him, and managed to communicate to the family in a way that D's care was of the utmost priority over anything else for the time. She made sure D’s charts were updated, and she did not hesitate to repeat herself when explaining processes and procedures that were being done. She made sure D was as comfortable as he could possibly be.
