Mrs. Henry has worked tirelessly for 50 years at Blythedale to provide excellent care for every patient who has walked through the door. She consistently advocates for every patient and for the nursing staff to ensure timely and competent care is provided for every individual. She is excellent at tracking performance metrics and ensuring we are following the latest nursing guidelines. She knows all of the ins - and - outs of Blythedale and is a wealth of information about anything and everything. She truly cares about each individual employee and patient and has been known to make sure all of the kids are bathed and go to school. She holds down the building at night, managing emergencies, patient concerns, and staff concerns. She is truly an inspirational nurse, often working 6 nights in a row to ensure that there is coverage over weekends and holidays. Mrs. Henry is a cornerstone of this organization with a heart of compassion and care for every patient who has spent a night at Blythedale.
