From the moment we met Collin Mills, he was incredibly friendly and informative. He took the time to explain everything that was happening thoroughly and helped ease my son’s anxiety with his cheerful demeanor, even though it was 3 a.m. He listened attentively to my concerns, consistently providing answers and support. I was under a lot of stress, as my son was being admitted to the hospital while my mom was also on the 4th floor, on day four of her hospitalization. 

Collin went above and beyond, asking if I needed anything when he noticed I was hungry. When I mentioned I had a gluten intolerance and doubted there was anything available for me, he took it upon himself to search the nurse’s snack stash and found gluten-free options. He even stayed past his shift to personally escort us to the pediatric floor, ensuring a smooth transition for my son. His kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful actions made a big difference during a very difficult time. His exceptional care and dedication left a lasting impression, and I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for our family.
