Stacy is an amazingly thoughtful and nice nurse who is ready to jump in and help whenever she can. No matter her assignment or the time of the day she is scheduled, she does it with a smile while having thoughtful interactions with our patients, who often need a little extra TLC and cheering up. We have a specific patient who has high anxiety and anxiety attacks once in a while. Stacy recognized our patient was beginning to panic, so she took action and called the patient's husband, who came right away to calm his wife down so she could continue her hemodialysis treatment as planned. Stacy goes the extra mile and really represents the community we are trying to establish within Rochester Regional.
