Nurse Michelle Wilzler always improves my work experience. Disconnects in patient flow that were common in the past are few and far between now. If a patient has an issue, she gets on the situation immediately and finds a solution or explanation. When something is needed in Endo, we find out she's already ahead of it and working on it.
Then came that dark day when we had no hot water, and Michelle was lead. Despite the impending crash, she found a way to keep the scopes going, so no one was sent home, and there were no delays. What a true Hero!
When I am down and out and things are grim, she always finds the silver lining and makes me smile.
She really does a lot more and deserves more praise, but I don’t want anyone to take her from Endo!
