Noah’s genuine love and care for my mom stood out so much to me and my siblings.
My mom had just gotten out of the ICU and got moved to the 10th floor. After the terrifying experience I had that next morning, we saw that Noah was our nurse again. This was our second time being at the hospital in the span of a week, so I and my mom were both very emotional. Just being there and then hearing that she had Cancer made it even more emotional for us so when Noah walked in it literally made my mom’s day. He’s like literal sunshine that walked in the room. My mom remembered him from the first time we were at the hospital, and he was very loving, caring, supportive, and genuinely so nice to my mom. He literally would make her day everyday that he was her nurse and he was super cool to me and my siblings. Anytime we had a question or my mom needed something, he would answer those questions, and he would get whatever my mom needed quickly. The love and care that Noah showed my mom were truly just so heartwarming, and to know that my mom had a nurse who genuinely cared about her well-being made me, as her daughter, feel a lot more comfortable whenever I’d have to go somewhere and leave the hospital. We live two hours away from Galveston and I had to get some errands done but I didn’t want to leave my mom alone so I let Noah know that I was going to have to go for a bit and if he could just keep an eye out. Well, when I got home to get some things done, my mom called me, and she told me that Noah had been with her in the room, and he’d just hang out with her whenever he had a little free time, and I could hear him in the background. Noah’s genuine love and care for my mom stood out so much to me and my siblings. He will forever be one of those nurses that I will never forget. He’s truly made such an impact on all of us. We truly love Noah so much.
