Once you have chosen your monthly or quarterly Honoree, you will still have a pool of nominations from other nurses. Nominees should be recognized for positively impacting that patient/family/peer. Please recognize every DAISY Nominee with a nomination pin, a copy of their nomination(s), and a congratulations note from their manager or CNO. Templates are available here. Deciding on your nominee policy and how they will be distributed upfront is important.
Nominee pins will be included in each year’s DAISY Award gift shipment. Additional Nominee Pins come in quantities of 50 and may be purchased at a cost of $60.00 for 50 Nominee Pins. A minimum of 10 Multi-Nominee Pins may be ordered at a cost of $35.00. To order, simply fill out our online form here or email your Regional Program Director.
